May 10, 2017 – Through a partnership with the Culinary Tourism Alliance, The Art of Craft Beer will feature food vendors that share a farm-to-table sensibility. All are Feast On Certified! Feast On is a program by the Culinary Tourism Alliance which recognizes businesses committed to showcasing Ontario’s unique tastes of place.
On June 3 at Ashbridge Estate, enjoy Caplansky’s Deli, Maple Leaf Tavern, Hawthorne Food & Drink, and Localista as part of the free community event, The Art of Craft Beer – a multi-sensory beer experience that pairs the best in craft beer label art with the best in craft beer. These four food vendors join already announced Ontario brewers : Left Field Brewery,Wellington Brewery, Cameron’s Brewing, Great Lakes Brewery, Henderson Brewing, Sawdust City Brewing Co., Beau’s Brewery, Nickel Brook, and Collective Arts Brewing.
The Art of Craft Beer and the Culinary Tourism Alliance share a belief that food serves to connect us with the land, our heritage, and the people around us. It is a diverse and dynamic channel for sharing stories, forming relationships, and building communities. By using local food and drink at events, we’re offering both locals and tourists alike an authentic taste of our bountiful province while contributing to a sustainable world economy. Feast On inspires and assists eaters in discovering Ontario’s “taste of place” by highlighting experiences that go above and beyond to serve, celebrate and support local farmers, artisans and producers.
